During the Summer Term of 2020, U.K schools closed in response to COVID-19. Firs Primary School, Derby remained open. Alongside school staff, Derby Theatre assisted in providing provision for Key Worker children over a period of ten weeks. Children and staff remained in their 'bubble' with testing administered weekly for the duration of the project. This documentary captures the outstanding resilience of the young people involved and Firs Primary school's commitment to their wellbeing and development.
Huge thanks to Paula and Rachel.
